Can I order a swatch?
Yes, of course! Please fill out our Swatch Request Form. We will ship your swatches as soon as possible from our Denver and email you the tracking number.

How are your fabrics made?
All of our fabrics are digitally printed on 100% European Linen in PA. As this is printed on a natural material, fabrics may contain minor variances and are not guaranteed against natural ware, abrasion, fading, shrinkage, stretch, or dye lot variations.

Do you offer trade discounts?
Yes, if you’re an interior designer, please create an Trade Account and email hello@wwtextiles.com a copy of your resale license.

Do you offer custom color options?
We’re happy to work with you for a custom project. Please Contact Us for more information.

What are your lead times?
All fabrics are printed to order and have an estimated lead time of 2 weeks.

What are your minimums?
We have a 2 yard minimum and cannot accommodate smaller orders at this time.

How are fabrics shipped?
All fabrics ship directly from our mill via UPS ground with an estimated 3-7 day delivery. Swatches and swatch sets are mailed from our studio and will be sent out via USPS. Once your order is ready, we will email you the tracking number.

When will my order arrive?
Our fabrics are printed to order and have an estimated lead time of 2 weeks. Swatches are in stock and will ship within 3 business days after the order is paced. For expedited options, please contact us.

Can you ship internationally?
For orders shipping outside the US, please contact us directly for order assistance. Our website is set up to process orders shipping within the US and additional fees will be charged for international shipping.

Can an order be returned?
As our fabrics are printed to order, all sales are final.

Can an order be cancelled?
Any cancelation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, orders cannot be cancelled.
